Lauren has been in the fitness industry since 2007. She graduated college with a BS in Exercise Science and earned her CSCS before starting with TEAM TEST in 2008. Training was amazing but she always felt there was a missing piece for client success. In 2015, Lauren decided to transition her career into nutrition. After spending thousands of hours studying evidence-based nutrition, she graduated with distinction from the most prestigious and comprehensive online nutrition course, Mac Nutrition Uni in November 2020.

After spending thousands of hours studying evidence-based nutrition, she graduated with distinction from the most prestigious and comprehensive online nutrition course, Mac Nutrition Uni in November 2020. Now she spends the majority of her free time caring for animals at their small-scale family farm, Stanton Valley Farm.

Lauren works with clients of all ages and partners with Team TEST, TEST Football Academy, and Pratt Performance to help all clients understand how nutrition can positively impact their lives.

Working with all clients individually to help them in whatever ways they need. Also, educating/ clearing up nutrition misinformation. Our industry is flooded with nonsense.
